L E M Solutions, LLC has partnered with Interplat Solutions, Inc. to provide a complete law enforcement mobile solution for electronic traffic ticketing and crash reporting.

Interplat is the first in the nation to provide proven mobile “e” solution products for law enforcement, including eCitation and eCrash, both presently in use by North Carolina law enforcement agencies, including the State Highway Patrol (NCSHP). eCitation won first place in the 2007 NASCIO Awards for Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Information Technology (Digital Government) out of entries sub-mitted from across the nation.

Interplat has developed and implemented the software supporting the eCitation and eCrash systems in North Carolina and has obtained the confidence of state and local enforcement agencies and court systems administrators.
